Buyer Inspections
A buyer inspection helps you understand observed home conditions before a real-estate purchase. PeakPoint Inspections serves buyers and real estate professionals in Fuquay-Varina and throughout the Triangle.
Readily visible and accessible systems and components are inspected within the agreed inspection scope and applicable North Carolina Standards of Practice. Findings, limitations and uninspected items are documented in a written report.
Use the report to discuss observed defects and follow-up evaluations with your agent and relevant specialists. The inspection is a snapshot of conditions at the time of the visit and cannot predict future failures.
Scope and limitations
Inspections assess readily visible and accessible conditions at the time of the inspection. They are visual and non-invasive; limitations and uninspected items are documented in the written report. An inspection does not guarantee that every defect will be found or establish code compliance, future performance, or remaining service life.
Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections, septic inspections and well-water quality testing may be performed by a third-party inspection company arranged through PeakPoint Inspections.
