PeakPoint HomeVision Annual

Membership Terms & Renewal Policy

These terms explain billing, cancellation, refunds and automatic renewal for PeakPoint HomeVision Annual memberships. Please review them before enrolling.

Automatic renewal notice: HomeVision Annual memberships are billed annually and automatically renew each year unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. PeakPoint will provide a written renewal notice before an automatic renewal, including the scheduled renewal date and cancellation instructions.
HomeVision Snapshot

HomeVision Snapshot Terms

Maintenance only — not for real estate transactions: This service is only for a home that is not for sale. It is not a buyer, pre-purchase, pre-listing or other real estate transaction inspection.

Inspection and written report: Includes one visual, non-invasive Snapshot inspection of readily visible and accessible systems and components at the time of the visit, with a written report in accordance with the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board (NCHILB) Standards of Practice and reporting requirements. Observations, limitations and uninspected items are documented.

One-time payment: $350 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft or $475 for homes from 2,001–4,000 sq ft. Homes over 4,000 sq ft require a quote. This purchase includes one Snapshot inspection and does not automatically renew.

After checkout: Contact PeakPoint at matt.foley@peakpointinspections.com or (984) 308-5976 to arrange the visit.

The inspection is not a warranty, code-compliance certification, prediction of future performance or remaining service life, or a guarantee that every defect will be found. If you need an inspection for a purchase, sale or other real estate transaction, select the appropriate transaction inspection.

HomeVision Annual

HomeVision Annual Membership Terms

Cancellation before the first inspection: Memberships may be canceled up to 72 hours before the first scheduled inspection. Requests to stop future automatic renewals may still be made at any time before the renewal date.

HomeVision Annual includes two visual Snapshot inspections during each 12-month membership period, typically scheduled around spring and fall, and is billed annually. Each visual, non-invasive inspection assesses conditions at the time of the visit and includes a written report covering readily visible and accessible systems and components. Limitations and uninspected items are noted.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel HomeVision Annual at any time to stop future renewals. There is no early-cancellation charge. Cancellation does not end the current paid membership period; you may still use any remaining included inspection through its 12-month period end date.
  • Refund policy: Once the first included inspection for a membership period has been completed, the membership fee for that period is non-refundable. If you cancel before the first inspection is completed, cancellation stops future renewal, but the current membership remains active through its scheduled 12-month end date.
  • The membership automatically renews annually unless canceled before the next renewal date.
  • Homes over 4,000 sq ft require custom membership pricing.
HomeVision Plus

HomeVision Plus Membership Terms

Cancellation before the first inspection: Memberships may be canceled up to 72 hours before the first scheduled inspection. Requests to stop future automatic renewals may still be made at any time before the renewal date.

Three visits and annual pricing: Three visual Snapshot inspections per 12-month period. $840/year for homes up to 2,000 sq ft or $1,140/year for 2,001–4,000 sq ft. Save 20% compared with three HomeVision Snapshot inspections: $210/year or $285/year, respectively.

Drone imagery: Drone roof imagery is included with HomeVision Plus. Drone imagery will not be available if the home is located in a flight-restricted area.

HomeVision Plus includes three visual Snapshot inspections during each 12-month membership period, scheduled across the 12-month period, and is billed annually. Visual, non-invasive inspections assess readily visible and accessible conditions at the time of the visit and include enhanced, photograph-heavy reports plus a included drone roof imagery, except for homes in flight-restricted areas.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel HomeVision Plus at any time to stop future renewals. Your current paid membership remains active, and remaining included inspections may be used through its 12-month end date. There is no early-cancellation charge.
  • Refund policy: Once the first included inspection for a membership period has been completed, the membership fee for that membership period is non-refundable. Canceling before the first inspection stops future renewal; the current membership remains active through its scheduled end date.
  • If a membership is canceled after the first completed visit, the member may still use any remaining included inspections during that paid membership period.
  • The membership automatically renews annually unless canceled before the next renewal date.
  • Homes over 4,000 sq ft require custom membership pricing.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

  • Each recurring HomeVision Annual membership renews on its annual renewal date unless canceled in accordance with these terms.
  • PeakPoint will provide written notice before automatic renewals, identifying the renewal date and reminding the member how to cancel.
  • If renewal terms or pricing change, the renewal notice will identify those changes before the renewal takes effect.
  • To cancel or turn off a future renewal, contact PeakPoint before the renewal date by email at matt.foley@peakpointinspections.com or by phone/text at (984) 308-5976.
  • For HomeVision Annual, cancellation stops future renewal; any remaining included inspection may be used through the end of the paid 12-month membership period. Once the first inspection has been completed, that period’s fee is non-refundable.
  • For HomeVision Plus, cancellation does not create a refund for the current membership period once the first included inspection has been completed.

Inspection Scope

Inspections assess readily visible and accessible conditions at the time of the inspection. They are visual and non-invasive; limitations and uninspected items are documented in the written report. An inspection does not guarantee that every defect will be found or establish code compliance, future performance, or remaining service life.

HomeVision Annual inspections are visual and non-invasive inspections of accessible conditions at the time of the visit. They are intended to identify observed defects, developing maintenance needs and maintenance priorities. They are not warranties or guarantees that every existing or future defect will be discovered.

Enrollment acknowledgment: By purchasing a HomeVision Annual membership, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable membership price, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation policy and refund policy described above.

These terms are intended to clearly disclose PeakPoint's membership policies. They should be reviewed with qualified North Carolina counsel before final commercial launch.
